I'm thinking the crews might ck in but just don't have the time incentive etc to set up an account etc - wait reply --- all that ... maybe you could set up one esp for them - and post a login pass to facilitate that communication?

That's a good idea. We've had to resort to locking everything down and requiring us to manually approve accounts because spam has been such a problem. We'll give this a shot.
