Hi All,

I just met Bob on Friday and I'm going to have to follow along here on his journey. This question I can't resist as a resident of St. Louis, but let's make it more fun: The answer to your question is 20 feet higher than the highest natural bluff that overlooks the Mississippi. So this human-made structure is the tallest overlook on the river. What and where is 2nd highest overlook at 610 feet above the river?

Robert has entered his sixth state – Kentucky and seventh state Tennessee. He is now back to Kentucky or between Kentucky and Missouri. Is that confusing? Judy’s Question for the Day 58: How can all those state changes happen? The google map will make it clear.
