This question I can't resist as a resident of St. Louis, but let's make it more fun: The answer to your question is 20 feet higher than the highest natural bluff that overlooks the Mississippi. So this human-made structure is the tallest overlook on the river. What and where is 2nd highest overlook at 610 feet above the river?
