Red Dot Anchorage Indicators

Just spoke with Robert regarding the amount of positions transmitted in the same spot at his campsite to indicate an "anchorage". The typical amount of time for all cruisers is 18 hours in the same position for the system to recognize an "anchorage" and put a red dot on that spot until they begin moving again.

The lowest interval of time we can go is 8 hours and that now applies for all cruisers, including Lone Star. So, if Robert is at his site for 8 hours or more, a red dot will pop up indicating the location of his camp site. :D
