Just saw the update on the progress board. Are they number 1, even though Defiance arrived already? Is that too good to be true?

Hello Gali: I do believe Crecendo arrived first at the finish line this morning at 5:47 ADT with just a storm trysail and baby jib. Go back to the opening page of this website and click on '2009 Press Release' and you can read a little about Crescendo's amazing story. Triple Lindy is in the same B Division;same type of boat Swan 44 MKII. I am sure they will have some incredible stories to tell as well. They should be arriving soon, however. I am sure they are anticipating those darkandstormys and will get down and kiss the ground on arrival. It must have been some amazing ride. Cheers!

Hi Linda,

The progress board is showing Triple Lindy 1st place even though Crescendo got to the finish line before it. I wonder if the final calculation takes other factors besides who did it in the least amount of time and that's why, any idea?
